We use WBI Water-Based Ink – water-soluble inks – or phthalate-free plastisol-based inks.
Our printing inks are GOTS-certified for sustainability.
Screen washing is performed using an environmentally friendly automatic screen cleaning system.
Some of the prints in our gallery are made with eco-friendly water-based inks. You can recognize them by the WBI label.
Eco-Friendly WBI Water-Based Ink Printing
Sustainable textile printing and responsibility are our top priorities, especially when working with ethically produced garments.
Printing with eco-friendly WBI Water-Based Ink results in softer and more comfortable prints, especially on larger color surfaces, compared to traditional plastisol-based printing.
Unlike plastisol, WBI ink soaks into the fabric and fibers differently, providing a nearly weightless feel when printing on white or light-colored garments without an underbase.
Perfecting WBI printing took several years of testing, production adjustments, trade show visits, and factory collaborations with ink manufacturers to ensure optimal results.

Discharge Ink – Etching Print Technique
Discharge Ink is another water-based printing method that removes the original dye from the fabric, revealing the garment’s natural off-white tone in printed areas.
It can be lightly tinted with white pigment for a subtle off-white effect or colored with basic shades like red, green, and yellow. However, it does not support precise PANTONE matching.
⚠️ Limitations: Discharge printing does not work on Royal Blue or Burgundy Red fabrics due to dye chemistry.
