  • A confirmed order is binding and cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer and Shopify payment methods.

5. Production and Delivery

  • Production times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must have the rights to any designs or logos submitted for printing.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted or inappropriate material.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be settled in Finnish courts.
