Refund policy

At KH-Print Oy, we specialize in printing large quantities for corporate customers. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, as each item is custom-made to your specifications.
  • If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us immediately after placing it to check if modifications are possible.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • You will be required to provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy.
  • If a defect is confirmed, we will either reprint the order at no additional cost or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
  • We do not accept returns for errors in orders resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
